What happens if we need to reschedule due to COVID?
No problemo. We are happy to connect with your photographer to ensure all the details and logistics are ironed out. When you book with us, we can make elopement vendor recommendations or you are welcome to seek out your own.
What if we have our own photographer?
You get to choose every detail of this elopement. It's up to you to be highly involved in the process or entrust us with the decisions and just show up. We are happy to make recommendations on trusted vendors with excellent reputations but you are under no obligations to go with them and you will have every opportunity to meet and vet the vendors before making any commitments.
Do we get to choose our vendors?
Absolutely. We are a full service elopement planner that can cater to whatever your elopement visions are. Since we are a division of the greater Rocky Mountain Wedding and Events company. we are able to offer full wedding services as well, if your elopement ends up greater in scope.

One thing we value is transparency. We want you to know exactly where your elopement budget is being allocated. We have no hidden travel or accommodation fees, as we are local to Banff. If we have exceptions due to time of year or the location of your elopement, you will be aware of this up front before signing a contract.
Do you have any extra travel fees or hidden costs?
Most of our elopement packages include two hours of coverage, which is the minimum to guarantee to be able capture the ceremony and a few portraits. For couples wanting more of an adventurous gallery with some variety and more than 1 location, we would highly recommend 3 to 4 hours. For hiking elopement, the minimum coverage is 6 hours.
How many hours of photo coverage do we need?
Yes! Elopements are intimate celebrations that often friends and family are not present for. To be able to capture the moment and share with everyone at a later time is a very special gift. Video captures many emotions that a photo can't. Having your vows recorded is also a great memory to listen to later.
Do you recommend hiring a videographer?
Absolutely. That's what you are hiring us for! We have some amazing options in the Rockies that we would love to share with you, some that are off the beaten path. All of our elopement packages include photo coverage with Rocky Mountain Photo Co., and Lindsay is passionate about custom location scouting and finding a unique spot just for you!
